Every informational message contains an Unsubscribe link at the bottom, and most mail apps show an unsubscribe button next to the sender name. Use either one and we stop sending that kind of message within minutes.
Some messages, such as password codes, are sent only when you ask for them. You do not need to unsubscribe from these: if you stop requesting them, nothing is sent.
Reply to the message you received with the word STOP, or contact the website that sent it. They control which messages are sent to you.
